Iam committed to the delivery of quality health care services throughplanning, directing and coordinating all activities aimed at servingpatients in a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Besides, I amdedicated to secure and maintain all the patients’ records whileoverseeing patient flow, billing, collection, budgeting and ensuringthe right equipment pieces are readily available for the treatment ofthe sick individuals. I am also determined to ensure the rightcaliber of staff is hired, supervised and well remunerated to retainthe best talent for our facility. I aim to ensure all legal andethical requirements are adhered to at all times.


Tobe a sought after health care administrator and professional who isrespected all over the country for efficient management of a modernhealthcare facility.

  • Graduate with honors in my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in the next six months.

  • Register with the American College of health care Administrators by January 2017 so that I benefit from their programs as well as use it for networking purposes.

  • Register and take the National Association of long-term care administrator Boards (NAB) exam and obtain state licensure in the next eight months.

  • Start volunteer work in health care in a month to acquire key skills including interpersonal, organization, problem solving, and leadership skills.

  • Start a blog on health care issues in one year to network and improve my knowledge on sector issues.

  • Take a course in health care Information Management Systems in six months so as I am ready for the ever-evolving health care technology environment.
